Registrations accepted for children with birth years 2007-2018
Player Fees are as follows:
$60 for one child, $50 for each additional child
Registration includes a T-shirt, age appropriate soccer ball, and an award at the end of the season
Cash or Check payable to Madison Soccer League to our drop box on the counter at Sports&Sports in Madison. Must be in the envelope with a paper registration
Credit or Debit online, payment due upon completion of online registration
Payments are due at the time of registration.
Our season will run from Late September through Late October
We provide you with a ball and team shirt. It is up to the parents to provide your child with shin guards. Cleats are optional but highly recommended! Cleats must be soccer appropriate (no toe spike, see picture!)
Don't forget something to drink at each practice and game as well!
*WE COLLECT DONTATIONS OF USED GEAR! This means that if you are in need of gear we will let you look through any donated goods, no questions asked! If you are wanting to donate your old used gear to the league, contact Hillary to arrange a pickup/drop off time.
Game times and specific schedules will be given to you when the season begins (late August) by your coach! Coaches are not permitted to contact kids/guardians until they have completed background checks on file, so please be patient for the safety of the kids. Please know that most games during the season will occur in the morning or early afternoon on Saturdays. Plan your other activities in advance accordingly to avoid scheduling conflicts!
Stanton Park in Madison OH, all games will be held outdoors.
